Borio Mangiarotti returns 100% to the De Albertis family

We are starting 2024 with very important news for us: we have become once again a company with entirely Italian capital, 100% owned by the De Albertis family.

In fact, we have completed a buyback transaction of our own shares, representing a 20% stake previously held by Värde Partners, which had entered the company in 2019, consolidating an already established partnership on major real estate development projects, particularly SeiMilano.
