For a sustainable future

We believe that building means caring not only for spaces but also for people, communities, and the environment we live in.

For this reason, we have embarked on a concrete path toward greater social, environmental, and governance responsibility, adopting tools and practices that guide us daily toward a more sustainable and transparent development model. From the ESG Committee to the Sustainability Report, and through participation in sector initiatives such as the “Sustainable Impact Construction Site” Code of Conduct, we work to integrate ESG principles into all our activities with the aim of generating shared and lasting value.

We set up the ESG Committee

What is it?

The ESG Committee is responsible for evaluating, monitoring, and proposing initiatives that actively contribute to guiding us toward a more sustainable and responsible future.

Why is it important?

It is important because it operates by establishing a direct connection with all company departments (e.g., administration, finance, human resources), encouraging and implementing practices and processes that align with internationally recognized ESG standards.

Sustainability Report

In 2022, we began reporting our non-financial activities by voluntarily preparing a Sustainability Report to measure and define our performance in the ESG field

What is it? The Sustainability Report is a document addressed to all stakeholders that communicates the commitments and results achieved within the framework of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR).

Voluntary code of conduct

Cantiere impatto sostenibile

We have committed to the voluntary Code of Conduct “Cantiere Impatto Sostenibile,” promoted by Assimpredil Ance, which requires concrete and measurable actions in sustainability and corporate social responsibility, aiming to make the construction site ESG compliant.

  • Our magazine

    URBANO

URBANO launched in December 2020 in collaboration with MoSt, a creative agency specializing in editorial projects.

We explore urban planning and architecture with a fresh, original perspective to share their culture in new ways.

Over the past year, we’ve featured two regular columns: AAACADEMY, where young students share their projects and ideas, and URBANINO, created for kids because we believe caring for spaces and respecting the environment starts early.

  • SeiMilano

    Racconto di una metamorfosi

For five years, starting in 2019, the photography collective Urban Reports explored the SeiMilano construction site, documenting its evolution and a new urban front

The images, collected in a book and exhibited at Triennale Milano, capture the complexity of the transformation of a large urban area.

They document the full regeneration process and provide valuable insights for contemporary reflections on the city.

environmental

What does it mean to become carbon neutral?

Companies are directly called upon to contribute to the protection of the planet by actively committing to environmental stewardship.

How? By defining a corporate carbon neutrality strategy necessary to meet the targets set by governments. This is a flexible tool that allows the company to build a gradual path aligned with its business.

Carbon neutrality

Climate change is an absolute priority.

Through a series of actions aimed at reducing our environmental impact, we support concrete and impactful projects with high social and environmental value that capture CO2, preserve forests, protect ecosystems, and develop sustainable technologies
